  • Is a management plan really necessary?

    It is vital that your website stays up-to-date, maintained, and secure. Without regular care, your website may fail to stay relevant, functionality may be lost, and data may be stolen by hackers. We are here to make sure that doesn’t happen.

  • What if I want to add new pages/functionality?

    New pages and extended functionality are not included in our monthly plan. Any new pages/ functionality will be priced accordingly when it is requested.

  • What happens if I cancel my plan?

    We will be sorry to see you go! We will transfer the website over to your new hosting. You always own all of your data.

  • What is included in minor updates and edits?

    These tasks can include things such as swapping out images, editing or adding text, removing/reordering navigation, and other changes that do not include adding pages or functionality.

  • What happens if my website breaks or gets hacked?

    We have robust security systems in place to do everything we can to keep that from happening. However, nothing digital is ever 100% safe from those who mean you harm. This is why we have daily backups to keep your data secure away from your main site, so that we can restore it to its last safe state if needed.

  • How much is the management plan?

    This can vary based on project scope and the amount of monthly changes required. Our plans start at $75/ month.
